Here is a Patient Testimonial we shot for Advanced Urology. Overactive Bladder is not anyone’s favorite subject to talk about, but we think that makes this video all the more impactful! When you hear a patient willing to talk about an embarrassing condition and how Advanced Urology helped, it really leaves a lasting impression.
Customer or Patient Testimonials are something we at Consume have done a lot of now, as we’ve found our clients get a lot of use out of them for various promotions. The human brain processes visuals 60,000x faster than text, so your messaging is much more likely to get through to your audience with video rather than a simple quote from a happy customer on your website.
Part of Cardiovascular Groups’ video marketing campaign included a series of Doctor Profile videos like this one. We spent an evening with the doctor and their family and film them doing something they enjoy doing in their free time.
The goal of these videos is simply to give potential patients a peek inside of their doctor’s life outside of the office. The audience feels like they’re building a personal connection with the doctor through these videos and a ‘behind the scenes’ look into their personal lives.
How-to videos and FAQ videos all fall into the category of delighting your current patients. Simplifying the process for patients is a big trend in the medical community right now, and videos can play a big role in helping patients learn important information quickly.
